  9. ACDSee 32 -- ACDSee is two tools in one. As an image viewer, 
  10. ACDSee stands unsurpassed in its ability to quickly decode 
  11. and display many different image formats. High-quality output 
  12. is another advantage of ACDSee, with single- and double-pass 
  13. dithering algorithms which allow you to make optimal use of 
  14. your display's capabilities. An important feature is 
  15. incremental display, whereby images are displayed on the 
  16. fly as they are decoded. You can scroll, zoom, or use any 
  17. other function while ACDSee is decoding, which means you'll 
  18. spend less time waiting and more time doing. ACDSee also gives

  166. The Bat! -- The Bat! is an Internet email program. Major objectives of 
  167. The Bat! are: providing an efficient way of processing large message 
  168. flows; easy and comfortable user interface; allowing users to work 
  169. easily with several mail accounts with the possibility of exchanging 
  170. messages between them; maximum reduction of delays while working. 
  171. The Bat! extensively uses Windows' multitasking capabilities. 
  172. This means that the user can send and receive email while 
  173. reading/writing other mail; providing truly multilingual interface. 
  174. The Bat! can communicate with the user using various languages--the
